Voucher terms and conditions

Voucher codes can be used to get discounts off full price tickets when booked online only.  

Codes are subject to availability.  

Vouchers are only valid online (not on the door / telephone bookings).  

Discounts are not available on Student or Under18 tickets.  

Only one discount is allowed per ticket.

Ardingly College is in East Sussex about 3 miles north of Haywards Heath.

What if I can’t walk that far?

We have dedicated parking spaces for audience members who need them.

Please let us know you are coming in advance by calling the Information line on 07763 308 125 and please make our parking stewards aware when you arrive.

Do you provide refreshments

Our licensed bar will be open for the purchase of beers and wine as well as teas and coffees

What if it’s raining?

We understand the British weather and if necessary we will revert to the use of an indoor performance area so the show can continue whatever the weather.  The decision whether to perform indoors or outdoors is made by our production team shortly before the performance so you may be asked to wait in the front of house area until the decision has been made

Are families welcome?

Absolutely. We are a very family friendly company. Being an outdoor production, it is very easy to step away from the auditorium should it be necessary

How long is the interval?

The interval will typically be 20mins – time for a drink in our bar or a coffee

Do I need to bring my own seat?

No – we have our own auditorium with seating, we’ll even rent you a blanket if you require one.  You may wish to bring a seat for your picnic but you’ll have plenty of time to return these to the car before taking your seat in the auditorium.

Do you have allocated seating?

All our seats are the same price. Subject to agreement with our front of house team, you may use your coat to reserve a seat after 6.30pm whilst you have a picnic in the beautiful grounds.

How far is the auditorium from the car park?

Roughly 400m. But, there is a drop off point about 20m from the performance area.

The performance area is in the West Quad of Ardingly College and will be signposted once you enter the college grounds.

What time can I come for a picnic?

Gates open at 6.30pm for picnics.

How far is the picnic area from the car park?

The area for picnics is about 100m from the main car park.
